GENERAL LIABILITY
 
Austintatious Cooking is not responsible, legally or financially, for any personal injury of any participant in any class. This includes, but is not limited to, cuts, burns, slips and falls, food borne illnesses, allergic reactions to known or unknown food allergens or injury due to actions of other participants. Austintatious Cooking is for entertainment purposes and not an educational institution, we do not guarantee that participating in a class means participates will be able to replicate the same results at home. Austintatious Cooking also reserves the right to remove any participate of a class for reasons deemed necessary by the instructor.
 
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
 
At times there will be alcoholic beverages offered are for sampling and pairing purposes only and are to be consumed in a responsible manner and in accordance with state and local law for legal limits. All persons attending classes must be 18 years or older and 21 years or older to sample alcohol. Some Classes offered will be set up as BYOB at these events Austintatious Cooking is not responsible is in anyway for the well-being and actions of the participates.
 
PICTURES :
 
Pictures will be taken during class and are the property of Austintatious Cooking LLC. These pictures will be of class activities and participates, these photos will be used on the company website, and other advising methods. Names or personal information of participates will not be used or shared in anyway with anybody. If you do not wish to have your person posted on the website or in connection with any other advertising medium please inform the instructor ahead of time.

PAYMENT POLICY:
 
Online reservations require immediate payment. Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose to not pay online, please call one of the instructors at 512-910-7151.
 
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
 
Cancellations 24 to 72 hours in advance will receive a voucher to attend a future class, but will not receive a monetary refund. This will allow us to offer your seat to other participants. No-shows will not receive a voucher or refund. Austintatious Cooking reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. In this instance, all participants will be notified 24 hours prior to class time and have their payment refunded.
